People who are not from the East Coast so many times speak of their Mid-West Values. It's as if they are the only ones with any kind of values (whatever that is) and they must be superior or different than those from anywhere else. Must be something that they teach in school out there in the mid-west.
All people have ...values....all important to them and mid-west is not better or more sincere than east coast.
I'm from Jersey and there is a lotta shit we do not get down with...although it is OK in the mid-west. I'll keep my values...I like mine very much, dammit.
Mid-west people must really like them too, especially when they make their flight to the east coast (NYC) and stay. East Coast values??? Your friends are your family and we got each others backs. When Katrina hit, we took people in and sent our people down to actively manage a mess. You will NEVER see or hear of a East Coast(NY,NJ,CT) cop or fireman run from the duty or commitment.
